Volkswagen China's 2.0 Digital Dealership (2021 and ongoing):
This initiative involved a comprehensive collaboration with Marketing and Account Managers to revolutionize Volkswagen's digital dealership experience. The goal was to incorporate cutting-edge technologies to enhance customer engagement and tailor the retail environment to individual preferences.
We introduced AR experiences and AI technologies capable of identifying customer age and profile. This allowed us to target specific point-of-sale video messages through interactive displays.
The initiative was prototyped in 2021 in Guangzhou, and its success led to ongoing rollout across China. The integration of innovative technologies not only enhanced the customer experience but also positioned Volkswagen as a leader in adopting digital solutions within the automotive retail space.
